Random Irony #1
Feb. 21st, 2006 08:59 amthe first in a series of random ironic encounters in our fair capital city.
I got the DLR from Canary Wharf to go to meet George after work. As I got off the train there was a busker in one of the side tunnels. He had just started a new song, and i thought to myself 'i know that' and as he launched into a fairly well executed guitar solo, i knew i was right. The chap was playing Pink Floyd's 'Money' from Dark Side of the Moon. At Bank Station in the heart of the City! Well it made me smile...
